Our Staff

We recognise it is of great importance that we should employ well qualified, experienced staff in order to maintain a high standard of care and education and we always have more staff than the minimum requirements as set by Ofsted. This enables the staff to spend more time with children individually.

To maintain our high standards, every member of staff is encouraged to take on further training, thus improving their knowledge in how to care for every child in every situation.

Every member of staff is paediatrically first aid trained, which is regularly updated. Also, all of our staff have attended at least Level 2 Safeguarding training, so you can be sure your child is in safe hands should there ever be an emergency situation.
